   • Cancellations: Deposit returned if cancel outside of at least three times
     length of stay (for five night stay, 15 days ahead). Any funds recouped
     through rebooking cancelled dates will be cheerfully refunded, less $25 /day
     administrative fee.

• Check Out: 10 AM or earlier

   • Smoking: Allowed on front lower deck
     only
   • Pets: Not allowed
   • Children: Allowed; however, house is
     not child-proofed
